Imam Sadiq (p.b.u.h.):

When a teenager among his/her people reaches the age of adolescence and they don’t chastise him/her because of his/her sin, the first Almighty’s punishment would be to lower their daily bread.

Prophet Muhammad (May Allah sends greetings to him and his family):

And he/she who is good to his/her brother; then he/she blames him for a favor, his/her deed is disappeared and his/her effort does not result; Be aware that Almighty has prohibited Heaven to egotists, arrogants , telltales, wine drinkers, overeaters, and rebelliouses and immorals, and viles.

Prophet Muhammad (May Allah sends greetings to him and his family):

To reconcile between two people is superior to a year of praying and fasting.

Imam Baqir (p.b.u.h.):

One who does not discredit people’s honor, Allah saves him/her from resurrection’s chastisement.

And one who prevents his/her wrath from people, Allah ignores his/her sins in the Judgment Day.

Imam Sadiq (p.b.u.h.):

Surely Allah likes moderation and dislikes prodigality; even discarding the seed of a date (if useful) or the remaining of drinking water.
